As President of Total Impact, I’ve spent the last 25+ years working with leading contractors in the development of presentations, RFQ/RFP proposals, marketing materials including multimedia and print, and website development.
My career interest in engineering and construction began at a young age as I spent my time gazing out the window of my grade school classroom, watching the Throgs Neck Bridge being constructed in the northeast corner of Queens, NY. Watching and photographing major construction projects going up in my backyard, including the NY Worlds Fair, the NY Mets Shea Stadium, the flurry of new bridge and highway construction, and the construction of the World Trade Towers infused me with a fascination with heavy civil and high-rise construction.
This passion continues today, focused on leveraging my construction marketing background to help construction and engineering clientele deliver more impactful proposals, presentations, videos, 3-D and 4-D models and animation, marketing and recruitment materials, and websites. But what has put us on the map is our ability to bring a value-added capability to SOQ’s and RFP proposal submissions that score very well with transportation agencies, resulting in a high percentage of short-listed submittals and contract awards.
